Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG) is served by scheduled direct flights to a number of European Cities including Zurich, London, Rome, Milan, Prague, Budapest, Munich, Frankfurt, Vienna etc. and several flights a day to Athens International Airport.

The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the hotel (Monasty by Marriot) are both  situated in the City Centre. A short taxi ride (20 min) will take you from the airport to the Symposium Venue and Hotels. Taxis in Greece are relatively inexpensive (approx. 20 EUR for the airport transfer). Busses run from the city centre to the airport every 20 minutes (single ticket costs 2 euros). The nearest bus stop to the hotel is “Aristotle Square” on Tsimiski avenue.

Driving time could be doubled during rush hours.
